This is the first of two reviews for Roadrunner Cactus; I plan to add another one after the cactus straightening process has been completed. I contacted Roadrunner Cactus and spoke with Megan. She asked me to explain the situation with our saguaro (about 30 years old and 20 feet tall - it started leaning in the last couple of months) and what we were hoping to do. I sent pictures and she called me back promptly and described the proposed solution and cost. I agreed to move forward. Josh and another gentlemen arrived on time on the scheduled day. After a short conversation, they worked for about an hour (as Josh expected) wrapping the stem in carpet, placing a tow strap, two ratchets, and two wooden posts opposite the lean. Josh explained the monthly process of tightening the ratchets to slowly straighten the cactus. He said that if I had any questions or needed any help, I could give him a call.

The best company for your cactus needs! They worked with us and took care of our saguaro in a timely fashion. They are customer service oriented and most helpful in finding solutions.

Josh and his assistant relocated my 14' Saguaro for me. They did a great job and were very efficient at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Roadrunner Cactus quickly rescued us from a potentially dangerous situation - a 30' Saguaro about to fall. They responded within about 12 hours (overnight), took down and removed our beloved cactus (it needed euthanasia, sadly). Anyway, they not only took it down without damaging any other foliage, but cleaned up so well that there is no trace of the cactus or their work. And, their price was good - I've had other work done on that Saguaro that cost more and was smaller jobs. In other words, I highly recommend them!
